An extraordinary journey
The Out of Town Museum commissioned local composer and folk musician Ian Stephenson to create this new and unique aural and visual journey through the valley. The soundtrack features Ian and fellow Northumbrian musicians Andy May, Roddy Matthews and Emily Stephenson, Roger Peppe, Bob Diehl and Stephen Walker, the Coquet Concert Band and Rothbury Highland Pipe Band, plus the fabulous pipe organ of All Saints’ Church in Rothbury and the voices of local people.
